I read the reviews online and was scared about the size of the dress. I would say if you are 200-230 you will be fine in a size M not Large. The only thing I am not sure about is the material of the dress. Its Spandex which was on one of the reviews I read. I will have to see how this works out in Florida. I ordered it for a wedding. I am expecting so I wanted something that would be long and would not look large in it with my belly. The dress is exactly how it looks on the picture. I will have to buy some gold jewelry and change the belt as well.
