Review on CALTO by Gary Ferguson

The CALTO online store is where I made a purchase not too long ago, and I have to tell that I am really dissatisfied with the overall experience. To begin, their website was tough to navigate, and it was challenging for me to locate the specific things in which I was interested. When I did end up finding the shoes I was looking for, though, the ordering procedure was unclear, and it took me some time to finish making my purchase. When my order finally arrived, I saw that the shoes' quality had been severely compromised. The photographs on the website led me to believe that they would be of a higher quality than they actually were. In addition to this, the size was utterly incorrect, and my feet were far too large for the shoes. I attempted to return them, but the procedure of doing so was challenging, and it took a number of emails to customer service before I was eventually sent a return label. My experience with the CALTO online store as a whole was one that was both stressful and disheartening. They have lost any chance of getting future business from me, and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone who is searching for high-quality footwear.
