Their support staffs were very quick responsive over phone or email whenever needed throughout our working relationship! Nothing much yet but looking forward to continue having productive sessions together. The best part was that they were able to pull out all my information from different sources in one place, which helped me save time as well! I am not really happy with how much it cost for this service. It would be great if there could be some kind of discount or something like that so people can afford it easier. This program did help us organize our business better by pulling together everything we needed about each client right at once.
