From the moment you open the box, it's obvious that this company knows a lot about good products and good customer service. The shower head is neatly packaged, the instructions are clear and simple. Just in case, there's a small bag of extra parts, a reversible wrench designed specifically for the extension cord and showerhead, and a large roll of Teflon tape. I assembled it and installed it on the pipe in less than five minutes. Then I turned it on. No sprays. No dribble. Nothing but the perfect spray from any silicone atomizer. The shower head adjusts beautifully and the thumbscrews for angle adjustment were noticeably stronger than the shower head I removed. When you install a thumbscrew, it doesn't move at all. The shower head is polished to a high gloss - you can really see yourself clearly when you look at the shower head, so when I say 'mirror polish' I mean a real high gloss polish. It's also incredibly thin - maybe a little thicker than a CD or DVD. It really looks like a work of art. As well as great craftsmanship and aesthetics, it produces a beautiful drenched rain that pours straight down - far more refreshing than the standard spray that drenches the body under the chest. Disembark for shampoo or conditioner, then return to the waterfall. Pamper yourself! It's not really a lot of money for a sculpture that can relieve stress and give a great start to every day off.
