Review on 👓 YR 15mm Soft Silicone Air Chamber Eyeglass Nose Pads - Eyeglass Repair Kit & Screw Set by Tim Reimann

First, the pads themselves are nice and soft. This is a big improvement over the plastic covers that came with my glasses. And of course they stick much better than the slick plastic pads, so hopefully I don't have to keep stuffing those glasses up my nose like I have to. Installation wasn't entirely easy, but it wasn't. wine of this product. The screws here are, as you might expect, tiny. While the screws in my glasses were pan head screws, the screws that came with them were Phillips heads which are *much* easier to work with as the screwdriver doesn't constantly slip off the head. So it took a lot more time and nerves to unscrew the old screws than to install new ones. Of course, not having glasses back then didn't help! Unlike some other reviewers, I have an issue with "sticky" pads. My glass frames have a small body that the "tab" goes in and then bolts on, allowing the pads to move only a few degrees. Of course they're soft, so you can see them deforming a bit when you slide them over your nose, but I don't think there's any problem putting the glasses on and taking them off "as usual". However, I've only had them for an hour. So if anything changes I will update this review to reflect that. All in all a nice little package and the most painless exchange process.
