I love how easy it was to set up our rules! It's very intuitive which made training new users quick & painless as well. There are some things we would have liked if there were more options available (like not having all 3 levels). We really had no issues with this product until recently when they started charging us monthly fees instead of per incident/per month pricing model. This has been causing problems since most customers don't make enough incidents each year or months so their costs go down drastically over time. Also now you can only use them through your account manager who requires additional payments. If anyone wants something similar without paying extra then look elsewhere because these guys charge too much money compared other companies out here doing exactly what you want. They're great unless someone needs help getting setup initially where customer service isn't always.
