I wish I had 5 stars for the service. I bought this product in February. At the end of April they stopped turning on. I do not know why. I called Amazon and the return period had expired. But Amazon and Koss have worked together so I can send them in for a free replacement. I just received a new product and it works fine. Fingers crossed they stay that way. In terms of product performance, as mentioned above, the first pair stopped working after 2 months. Otherwise I was satisfied. They did their main job: stayed in my ears, played music while I trained. I was also called while running. No problem. Functionally, the volume/battery is heavy and positioned so that the strap should be in front of you and not behind your neck when running. This is annoying as it means the cable is loose. It would be great if they had a video. Not a big deal for cycling or anything where you don't really move your upper body, but it's annoying for running. Also, the sound quality is just ok. Great for the price but lacks bass. As I said, however, for those who need this type of product due to small ears etc, these work. I have been using wired devices for many years and have now switched to Bluetooth.
