I'm a US size 12/ 14 and got the 4XL and it fits comfortably (maybe a little loose which I prefer over tight.) Overall this is surprisingly well made! I didn't expect the hardware to be as amazing as it looked in pictures but it is! Those clasps on the front really sold me and they are awesome. It comes in 4 pieces (5 if you count the bonus thong that came with mine!), which is great if you want to personalize your look by switching out parts, or use the separates to create other looks.
