Review on CareerPlug by Adam Townsend

It was easy enough that I could create my own profile without any assistance from someone with more experience using it - which is important since we have less than 5 employees! The ability to upload video interviews/screencasts makes searching resumes much quicker & effective when looking through hundreds of applicants per position. You're able to search by location as well if you'd like (which helps reduce travel expenses). There are no reports or dashboards available at this time but they will be coming soon. Currently there's not anything about careerplug specifically i dislike but everything seems pretty intuitive once used regularly. Searching job postings across multiple sites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed etc allows me to see all positions posted simultaneously instead having to sort thru each site individually.
