Works best in graters, vegetable slicers and slicers

Tested yesterday on 3 fresh salmon I caught just a few hours ago. Removing the scales from the fish with this tool was very easy and did the job well. With this tool, it was easy to get into hard-to-reach places, e.g. B. around the fins and tail. As for the fish scaler, I don't quite understand why he has a knife.
