I like that it is very easy for us to use the software since we have worked with many of these types of programs before so there wasn't anything too new or interesting about them but this one really helped our business flow more smoothly than other similar options out there! It's not expensive either considering how valuable their support team has been throughout working through all aspects of making sure everything runs perfectly.

They were extremely helpful every step along the way to solving issues with things they could see would work better and then make changes accordingly. We love using Excel within the program but also had no problems creating templates for each department easily enough once familiarized with the features available to customize what was needed exactly for each role within the organization.
