This is a really nice well made shoe. Bought these as part of a Christmas present for my niece to role play with. She was so excited! Haven't filmed in two days! Even after ripping her ass off while wearing them! That's my problem with these slippers, the suede on the bottom is too smooth, they get too slippery for toddlers! She wore them on hardwood floors and lost quite a bit while "spinning". We can fix that by making grooves at the bottom with a knife, but I think maybe that's how the shoe should fit? So how is it for little kids? I don't know what a real ballet class needs, but they weren't safe for a young child's role play. She hasn't worn them since then. She really fell. While the shoe is well made, I wouldn't recommend it if you just want to play it at home.
