Tweezers and quick transfer
The gold is very pretty but do not try to peel off the gold as it will curl when your fingers touch the gold flakes. I thought the sheets were a bit bigger but they aren't. It made my treats very pretty. The only downside is that you have to be quick and not touch the gold and you have to use another metal like tweezers to get the gold where you want it. This step is vital, otherwise skin contact, heat and moisture will cause the gold to wrinkle and crumble.
