This was a bit of an impulse buy for me as I happened upon the product and realized it was perfect for holding earrings and jewellery. I am currently wearing a different type of jewelry. Holder for things I wear all the time. However, I find that many people, especially women, have pairs of earrings and jewelry that are only worn at certain times and can otherwise clutter a drawer or box. Me too, and I bought them to store earrings I don't wear often enough to ensure that the place is taken by regularly worn jewelry. This is a very good way to store jewelry as the plastic is mostly transparent and the items can be identified at a glance. The lock doesn't feel flimsy, I had no problem getting the lock on each box. There's also a fairly sturdy plastic tab on one end of each box that allows you to hang them on the wall. I have not used the product for this particular method, so I cannot comment on the actual stability of the plastic tab. However, it looks and feels solid. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and intend to purchase more of these boxes. There are several detachable tabs that increase the size of certain slots in each box to accommodate larger items (slightly larger than earrings and rings). This setting creates an infinite number of things to store. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who has jewelry or other small items that need easy access for storage.
