I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone and I really liked the versatility of this mount BUT. Here are the issues I'm having after following the instructions on the box: 1) The magnetic adhesive that should fit the back of your phone keeps peeling off the back of the phone with a strong magnetic base! Yes, the magnetic mount works fine, but the magnetic phone glue won't stick to the back of your phone. There are 2 separate magnets in the packaging for either the back of your phone or your phone case, but the adhesive for either message is not strong enough to stay attached when you place your phone on the mount. It will continue to be demolished. I'll try to reinforce the magnet with tape. hope this works 2) When I attempted to call the widely advertised customer service number listed on the box and in the instructions, the phone rings multiple times which just switches to a recorded voice message telling you they are no longer taking or forwarding calls. They have an email address to write to if you have any problems with their products! Nonsense! If you cannot provide assistance to the customer using the number you provided, why do you think I would waste my valuable time writing my concerns to an email address that you may or may not read in time? No thanks, I'll skip it! I will not recommend this product to anyone! I ended up disassembling this item and modifying it with a few small screws through the base and double sided tape to attach to the car's dashboard. So far, so good. bye🤔
