Good Luck Computer Components

I recently had to move into my home office for renovations, so I wanted KVM to switch between my work and my PC. The first thing that struck me was the lack of contact information in all documents and the lack of support. I tried googling the company name but couldn't find anything. This KVM works for the most part, but is unreliable. These are a USB port for a mouse, a USB port for a keyboard, and just a USB 2.0 port. Remote switching requires the keyboard to be plugged into a specific USB port, but about 50/50 if the keyboard is powered at all. When it turns on, sometimes it works for 5 minutes and sometimes you can even work half a day before it stops working. All remote toggle keys are based on pressing CTRL, which causes problems and lags in all my games that require the use of the Ctrl key. I also had constant problems with the keys becoming "sticky". And when it works, none of the keyboard shortcuts have ever worked for me. I really want to turn off the very loud beep that occurs when switching, but I can't. It's in a spot where I can get to the keys, so I just switched the keyboard to an extra USB port. At the same time, it works flawlessly, with no lags, no sticky buttons, no issues. And I just discovered that double clicking the middle mouse button works for the remote switch too. That's why I chose three stars with one. Updated: Also just discovered that the second display works differently. The main display is a display type and the secondary is a "matrix switch" and is limited to 1920 x 1080 so I'm reducing my rating to 2 stars.
