Don't expect to use all the balloons; They were of poor quality and some of them had holes in them. The glue dots were old. You can tell by the fact that they weren't as sticky as they should be (I've used them before) and the balloons I used to stick the dots on kept falling off. I thought the balloon tying device was nice to have, and attaching the balloons to the string to make a garland wasn't as difficult as I thought. It took a lot of rearranging and twisting of the balloons to get the desired shape. I would return them if I didn't need them for an event.
