I was a bit skeptical when I bought the iPad Mini case and was not disappointed. Not only did I want to protect my iPad, but I also hoped that the case would NOT make my iPad awkward to handle while in use. I've tried other covers and they were mostly "hinged" on the left side, like books, meaning that when I held my iPad in my left hand as usual, I grabbed the flipped cover, not the cover. the iPad itself in the case: it never felt very secure. If only the hinge was on the *right* side: then I could easily hold it (thumb L along the L-edge of the iPad, L-index finger between the iPad and the unfolded back, all other L-fingers behind the cover). In short, this ingenious case does just that, not using an illogical right-hand loop, but using 2 simple and strong elastic straps, meaning I can hold my iPad 100% securely at any angle while using it. And said the straps add virtually nothing to the weight or thickness of a superior case.
