Real junk, such a terrible quality still needs to be searched.

It turns out that Dell XPS 2-in-1 and Microsoft Surface suffer from accidental clicks. ating the pen driver and bios should have helped. The ate didn't help. Moreover, if earlier it was possible to get rid of the problem by disabling the HID Compliant pen, now it doesn’t work at all, it also throws death screens as a bonus for trying to do at least something with it. It is simply impossible to use a laptop at random times because it begins to live its own life, moreover: the clicks are also smart, apparently connected using touch input: that is, it starts closing programs, poking at random windows, stretching, dragging windows: we even at first they thought it was a virus or remote control, but then it became obvious that the clicks were random and a reddit thread was found with the same poor fellows who bought 9575. Pain. There is a couple of months left until the end of the warranty, and it is unlikely that anything will get better. Don't get this laptop, it's not an XPS, and unfortunately even dell can't do a proper 2-in-1.

Pros
  • Pretty powerful, while holding the battery well. A good combination of Intel-Vega, but the software support for such a solution is terrible
Cons
  • The most unreliable device I have ever used. The first version before the warranty return had battery problems, randomly turned off and just didn't work very well. There were problems with WiFi, Bluetooth. After a three-week wait, the "repaired" laptop was returned, the light on the screen was considered insignificant, the battery was replaced and thanks for that: it really became much better. But there was a problem that is probably the strangest of all that I have experienced: accidental clicks at random points on the screen, details in the comments, but this is very funny and at the same time extremely unpleasant for a 150k laptop. The sound is worse. Microphones died after half a year. The central zone of the touchpad does not work intermittently. Pen software is worse than you can imagine in the worst dreams. By default, a lot of rubbish is installed. Standard Dell software is slightly better than pen software, but since it is generally impossible to compare in common sense, one can say that one is just at the bottom, the other is also under the ocean's crust.
