Oh my god I love this thing. I let my knives get duller than I care to admit because it was too much of a hassle to get the whetstone out regularly. After seeing this on America's Test Kitchen I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Resharpening the blade was quick and easy. And after that I cut through everything with minimal pressure. It's great and safer. Equally important, it pulls out easily for a quick sharpening of the blade. Maybe not as fast as steel, but not as far. And the results are great. I definitely recommend it.
