I really liked the material for the face
Finally got around to cleaning the tile floors in the bathroom after 20 years, the grout was yellowing and getting dirty. This stuff worked like a champ even though I may have exceeded 3-5 minutes in the instructions but still wanted to seal it. The tile looked great and got rid of the yellow and dirty grout. The floors look great and for the price I think it was a great deal. Shower in the immediate vicinity!
