Review on PIONEER Air Conditioner Foldable Condenser by Gunaraj Callaham

I bought these to work with my Pioneer WYS012-17 Air Conditioning Inverter + Ductless Wall Mount Mini Split System Complete Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Kit, 12000 BTU, 115 Q to use I thought Pioneer would take care of putting them together. That's not the case. They came with no installation instructions. They are not screwed or slotted into the bottom of the unit. I used black spacers as best I could. I bolted my outdoor unit to a 2" x 6" stud wall covered in vinyl siding, only to find that the unit's brackets are 19-1/4" on center. The walls are 16" on center , so the screws provided go into the air/insulation.. It wouldn't support the weight so I had to cut into a drywall covered wall to add bracing.It seems to me that they should have had a different lead around it to insert between the two brackets. I assume they are made for use on cement or log walls. Now everything is ready but there was a lot of work to do.
