Review on Polycom VVX300, VVX310, VVX400, VVX410 Wireless Headset - Office Phone Call Center Wireless Headset with EHS Cord Bundle for Remote Answering (Pioneer) by Edwin Black

It started with the headset not answering calls. So we disconnected and reconnected, reconnected (a few times), nothing. We then turned to the instruction manual, which stated that our headset wasn't holding a charge. We docked it like we do every weekend, back to the charge light, which still flashes when the battery is low. It's had 6 months of good use and I understand things break, but that doesn't mean this thing has been thrown and abused. I was expecting to see some sort of troubleshooting guide, but there's no mention of the brand on the box, not even a YouTube video that might help. Am I seriously the first person to have a problem with this product?
