Review on LANMU USB to AC Adapter: Enhanced Power Supply for Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor with Charging Cable by Moises Dzihic

Update - After posting my original one star review below, I was contacted within a day and asked if I would like a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and received it today. The new device works as it should and the fast customer service was great! 5 Stars. Previous Review: This is a simple product designed to do the very simple task of booting up a Kinect for XBOX 360 camera so a Windows PC can interact with it. Well, plugged it into the wall (small spark visible), connected Kinect to it, and plugged it into a USB port on the PC (Windows 10 Pro). No automatic detection other than Windows wanted to install generic USB device drivers. Manually downloaded Kinect for Windows SDK v1.8. Restarted the computer and nothing but a blinking green light on the Kinect (this is the same as what happens when it's plugged into a USB port without being plugged into a wall outlet. The green light on the adapter is lit showing me indicates that it has power, but something is wrong because the PC is not communicating with the Kinect camera.
