I bought a size 1 sofa about two years ago and it is perfect. Fits easily, keeps dog hair and dirt on my new couch. I bought a second sofa cover so I can swap them out for cleaning. I just throw them in the regular wash. So you don't stay very water resistant when you do this, but it works for me. We recently added two more people and another dog to my house. I wanted room for everyone on the furniture. Both dogs weigh around 60 pounds and do not allow anyone other than the groomer to groom their nails. I was afraid that the nails would pull on the fabric of the sofa. I was disappointed that the size of the two seater chair was sold out, but I bought the chair in size '48' and it fits perfectly. The dogs love it. It's not too warm. It keeps hair off furniture and prevents scratches. I love it.
