This product has been well received and looks beautiful until you look at the finish. It didn't pass my silk scarf test, it snags too much (meaning you lose hair from snagging) and the ends of the combs weren't finished properly, too many imperfections hence the 2 stars. . Only if they take the time to double check everything and make sure the finishing is done right.
