I wasn't expecting much but this thing works like a charm! I have an old all in one with no video output and everything I've read says it's not possible to use a second monitor, but hey $10 and look at me! Hold on to the driver disk! A week has passed and the second monitor has not appeared. I checked all my connections and found them to be secure. I thought I might need to reinstall the driver. I was almost right. This time, when I inserted the disc, I was given the option to "repair" (as well as uninstall) the application. I selected repair, rebooted and am back to work.
