My disappointing Linkind Company experience

I was eager to test out the products offered by Linkind Company because I usually purchase equipment and home improvement supplies as a homeowner. But I've been really unsatisfied with the company's performance. First and foremost, the customer service was terrible. I contacted their customer care department for help when I had a problem with one of the outdoor lighting items I had bought. I had lengthy wait periods and unhelpful staff members who seemed uninterested in helping me resolve my problem. In addition, the things I received were of poor quality. I should not have been compelled to make further repairs or adjustments to the lights and ceiling fans I bought because they did not work as promised. Last but not least, the shipping and delivery process was agonizingly delayed. I was never given a specific delivery date for my things, therefore I had to wait weeks for them to show up. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality home renovation products to buy from Linkind Company. I felt like I spent my time and money because the shipping experience, product quality, and customer service were all poor.
