Soft and full: my rating
I bought three of these for my granddaughters. They are very soft and full, just what I was looking for. Instead of using them as tutus, we use them as jumpsuits under baggy skirt dresses. Love how soft they are unlike others I've tried.
- Not the fluffiest of all skirts, but it definitely adds extra fluffiness to her dress. Great product for the price.
- May not be suitable for certain celebrations
