I love Goldens and Labs but furry pets usually have ear problems. My poor Golden had such a severe infection in BOTH ears at the same time that both eardrums ruptured. I've tried everything from very expensive prescription steroids to witch hazel and allergy meds, yogurt in the feed, organic dog food, oatmeal baths. endless. I whined to my dog trainer friend and she recommended it to me and I haven't used anything else since. It's soft enough to use once a week and doesn't dry out too much. It has a decent smell and I suck it up and pay shipping for a large 16 ounce bottle. For two large dogs that are groomed a few times a month, that takes about a year. My Golden still has dry skin and is chewing on itself if it goes much longer than a week between cleanses then it's a disaster but overall I'm very happy I found this product and highly recommend it.
