Receive badly crafted neti pot with faulty glazing - bare ceramic spots, which is ugly and unhygienic - for this kind of item inexcusable. So wrote the seller to ask if I had maybe come across a bad one and should exchange, but never even heard back. Returning for a refund. Bad product + bad seller.
