Too thin to use
The plastic is so thin, that some of them wear it doesn't lie quite flat, and it's just the air pressure from the aerosol cans that lifts the inside edges, allowing the paint to ooze underneath. You must use double-sided tape on the inner areas to get crisp, clear images. Brushes also penetrate if you are not careful, only paint at right angles to the edge. The same problem makes them too easy to damage by peeling off the tape you use to press them down. They are so thin that the plastic is too easily kinked or permanently deformed.
