It could have been better, it could have been worse.

I had to heat the tabs/clips with a heat gun and bend them a bit to get a secure fit. And it seems that there is a slightly larger gap at the top between the grilles and the hood. I'll leave them on for now, but I'll eventually replace them when I find a better fitting pair.
