I bought both a 9" square and a 9" x 13" coated mold to replace my favorite T-Fal molds that are no longer made (god thank you my 9" round cake pans are still in great shape due to infrequent use. As I move more food now than in the recent past, I opted for these with lids. I thought they were dishwasher safe. When the pans arrived, I removed the label from one and found it is that Supposed to be dishwasher safe, the label says not to use the dishwasher tabs, very difficult to remove The pans are arranged The pan is surrounded by a rounded edge which is a narrow one Makes a groove that food will surely fall in. I can't imagine it ever being completely clean.For all these reasons I have the pots against a back refund returned. In their place, I ordered a 9" square (no lid) and a 9" pan with lid from Farberware (ASIN B00008W70H and ASIN B000VPCF9S). I maintain the same caveat that you cannot wash the dishwasher tabs. At least I don't feel like putting them in the dishwasher to clean the groove. They look just as strong and satisfying as Wilton pans for the same price.
