Brightening and flavor. That's great. However, be aware that it contains some abrasive ingredients that can erode tooth enamel over time. Also, if you are prone to mouth ulcers (sore etc.), do not use it as it contains sodium lauryl sulfate. Also, I don't use mine every day. I use it about every three days and only use a small dot (about the size of my pinky fingernail). When I first got it, I used it every day. However, when I realized it could damage my enamel, I cut it down to 3-4 days and only used a small amount. The rest of the days I use my regular toothpaste. It still effectively keeps my smile bright and white.
