Very good alternative if compared against other tools
I like how you can create multiple profiles for your business, brand or organization to keep track of all social media activity as well! The interface is easy enough that even non-technical people will be able use it without any problems at first sight - great job guys ;) As mentioned above there are some minor bugs here an dthere but nothing major so far (just waiting patiently). If interested in this product go ahead with trial version before buying because they do offer free versions which gives us users insight about their products features/functionality etc.. We have been using twitter since long time ago when we used third party apps such was Tweetdeck back then :) Nowadays most companies manage everything through one single tool called Hootsuite now days :p This allows our team members who don't know anything technical yet still being capable managing almost every aspect related to.
- Simplicity of usage , easiness of access to the product as well as easiness of use and quick access
- Takes a lot of time getting used to the product as such sometimes it might be a bit frustrating to set up a few things but overall it's pretty good and easy to use and work with
