I have worked for this agency in New York City as an account manager at one point during their life cycle. The team is very collaborative and always looking to do better than what we are doing now - they know that there is more work to be done! Honestly though it was not my favorite experience but all of you guys were great people who genuinely cared about our success and did everything within reason to make sure it happened. There has been no downsides from being here so far (unless perhaps having another job). They really care about your career growth, want your best ideas and will go above-and beyond to help get them realized without any fuss or drama. Go ahead and give them a shot if things seem right between yourself and the leadership. We were able to secure several new clients while also expanding existing relationships.
