Review on Covers Waterproof Weather Outdoor Protection by Brent Rosecrans

Revainrating 5 out of 5

1 year review of complete car covers

Follow up: After 11 months this cover started cracking in various places and will only be used on the car until I can find and buy a replacement. I tried stitching/stitching the tears but every time I stitched each other up, one or two popped up. The fabric just became brittle. I have over ten tears that are 3 inches or larger and they are getting bigger. Tears flowed as I pulled the car's cover open. no different than when I first got the cover, but I don't think the material is durable. So I'm revising this ranking from the start because I can buy disposable car covers for less than $70! Bought it 9 months ago. Since then the front corners (near the front wheels where the belt is) have snapped. I usually keep the suitcase either in the car or rolled up and stowed away. I LOVE this product, just wish there was reinforcement on the straps/corners. This thing crumbling at the seams in less than a year is disappointing. Also, the clip on the strap on the front is broken. It's too late to return. Instead, I will look for another manufacturer.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • So far so good
