I like that it's easy for us as an organization to understand our data, which helps drive better decision making across all areas of customer service. We have noticed some slowdowns in speed but this has improved with recent updates from interana! Nothing yet so far. However we've seen improvements since rolling out new software releases over last few months! If you're looking at implementing analytical tools within your organization then look no further than Interana. Analyzing large amounts of unstructured text can be difficult without proper tooling or skillset. Using Interana allows me (as well as my team) to quickly build custom dashboards using simple drag & drop capabilities.
