The ability to store large amounts of files without having them spread out over multiple servers, but instead stored centrally with no limits as far as storage space goes! It's great when you need more than 1TB or 2 TB worth of server disk capacity - it can be expensive otherwise.

Also being able to have access from anywhere at any time via web browser makes things very simple indeed. I've just started using this product so cannot comment too much about its functionality yet; however what we do know has been extremely positive thusfar. We are storing our media library which contains thousands upon thousands of MP3s etc., securely online within one place rather than scattered across many different locations/servers.
