LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! These things are a technical masterpiece. I haven't touched a spoon in a week. Having spent a lifetime in the hands of cats, I've trawled through clay litter and clumpy litter, trawled through cat boxes and electric cat boxes - and yet I've spent hours every week shoveling, cleaning and chiseling - until now! They are VERY large and work great in my very deep toilet. The rubber band system works for me, no problem. Sometimes you have to sift through 2 liners at a time instead of one when the cat chews through, but with the great price and great value it doesn't matter. The holes aren't punched through, but it's obvious they shouldn't be, otherwise the product won't work! Small flaps on punched holes hold larger pieces in the liner and only sift clean dirt through. I may never have to shovel, scrub, or cut "cement" scraps off the bottom of the box ever again. Brilliant! A few tips from experience. Slowly sift one corner at a time. And make sure the inserts are properly centered in the bowl before inserting the pen.
