Bought because of the long handle. I'm quite tall, have back pain, and have a litter box that is at floor level, so I find it difficult to do my part on this aspect of cat care. I thought it would help and that's ok. But my wife used it first and thought it was the best she had ever seen. The real gem here is that the bucket is COMPLETELY stiff. The thing where the bucket flexes as it digs in the sand and then throws things everywhere when released? Path! That thing is hard as a shovel. Works great, feels good in the hand, easy to use. Also, the hanging bracket, while a little flimsy, is a very useful addition. That's how we liked it. I accidentally ordered it twice and a refund was approved on the second. But it was so good that we decided to keep the second one and give it to our cat lovers. It is so good.
