I like how it's very flexible in terms of customization options for faxes depending on what type of document is being sent.

It also has a lot of different templates available which makes setting up new programs fast and accurate. There aren't any downsides really because it does its job well! What we do primarily with this program is sending customer invoices via fax or email. This has been helpful since most customers prefer receiving their invoice via mail instead of online banking, etc., so now they can view our account statements without having to ask us to print out an attachment.
