If you want to upgrade or play with your Spektrum DXS radio with this cable, forget it. I wanted to upgrade the DXS transmitter that came with my RTF Carbon Cub S2. Also, I was hoping to change the speed curves on my control surfaces. After a week of trying to open a Spektrum account (didn't receive an account confirmation email), I finally tried downloading the update. But first you must REGISTER your product. The DXS radio does not have a serial number and therefore cannot be registered. The instructions say "scroll to serial number" completely ignoring the fact that this cheap radio has no screen. They also give you the option to download an XML file and it didn't include any data.
