I like that you can download it for free, but if your business is large enough they will charge per user so this isn't really an issue unless you have over 100 users or something ridiculous.

It's easy to navigate through as well! Sometimes when there aren't too many people at work we don't get much done before lunchtime which makes me nervous about using any type of productivity software since then everything slows down around 2pm-3pm. This helps us stay organized throughout the day even though our office staff doesn't start until 8am, because sometimes things come up last minute and need attention right away without having everyone rush out at once. We also used to receive notifications from OSHA every year (or whenever their new rules came out) where all employers had to do was fill out one form online instead of manually sending paper forms everywhere; now its just easier than ever thanks to quicksafety!
