With the holiday season behind us as I write this review, our inflatable snowman hasn't been inflated in about a month. He is buried with snow in the front yard. He performed well and looked GREAT during the holidays, with one small issue I need to figure out for next year.The issue we have is wind. Yes, it comes with 3 tie ropes and 5 stakes, but how do you tie down a snowman with just 3 ropes when there are only 2 loops (1 on each side of the snowman) for attaching the ropes? What we did was 1 rope out to each side, and 1 rope out to the front. Of course, this also means that 2 different ropes were attached to the same loop, since there are only 2 loops. The problem is that with changing wind directions, our snowman often ended up leaning backwards. I couldn't seem to get it right, but I'll mess with it next season and figure out a way. I'm not sure why they didn't provide a 4th tie rope, since it would they be possible to have the snowman anchored in all 4 directions.We liked that the snowman inflated quickly and easily every day when we plugged him in. The bright lights inside illuminate the inflatable nicely, as shown in the listing. The fan is not too loud, though I cannot believe somebody would use this inside the house, as suggested in the listing. My bet is that virtually all of these are being used outdoors.You will need an extension cord, of course, since the short cord that comes with this snowman will never reach the house. I found it cheaper to get one from Walmart than from Revain. Maybe Revain was just sold out of the cheap ones for the holidays. Not sure.It looks like this snowman is marked down to $45 from $70 during the holidays. Even at $70, I'd say it's priced nicely for what you are getting. If not for the wind issue and trying to get the snowman to stay upright, I'd give it 5 stars. Instead, I am giving it 4 stars and hoping I can figure out that problem next year.
