This may be the preferred method of cleaning records, but it doesn't work very well for me. I used to use the old windshield washer system (I still have it) but wanted to try "Stylus Gel". It seems like you dip the pen in gel and then you have to do it. wash away? How dirty do you think it will be? If it is badly rusted, it should be replaced. Otherwise, it's probably some kind of lint that you can just brush away. Includes a makeup brush (this is what it looks and feels like) to remove lint from the vinyl record. You spray some liquid onto the microfiber cloth to "clean" the record. The only thing I can use in the kit is liquid.
