This vest is nice but to be honest it is very thin and has minimal insulation. This is a glorified plastic bag. With an additional, albeit minimal, layer of warmth, it is protected from the wind. The goats seemed to really like its bright color (orange) and the frogs were stunned and confused which made them easier to approach and observe. While the best isn't at the highest level, it does offer some qualities of creature whispering for everyone to enjoy.
