I use this as a leash on my phone so I don't leave it everywhere (I already lost a phone this year). I can clip one end to my purse—because I keep my phone in my purse and not with me—with my own leash on my body, and then snap the other clip onto my phone's ring stand. This works very well. I can use my phone when it's attached to my purse as the chain is long enough to allow it. I dropped my phone with the chain and the chain keeps it from falling completely. Clips are still strong even after a few months of use. Very happy with this purchase.
