Review on TellerGraph by Montez Vazquez

The accuracy of our data is great but it would be nice to have more ways for customers in different time zones, we are able get an accurate count at any given moment using this software! It has been very helpful keeping track as well all staff hours which can lead up into payroll issues if not managed properly!! There isn't much I dislike about tellergraph apart from having so many reports that you need multiple programs or people just scrolling through them looking for what they want (if there's even something like one page). Being better organized allows us easier communication between departments within my organization since everyone knows where everything else needs attention first before being addressed individually by me personally via email/phone call etc..
